CAFMO helps you understand what your website says about your business, where it needs attention and how AI answers refer to it. You get a saved report and a practical list of changes, with help to work through them.
Create your account, choose a plan and enter your website address. CAFMO looks for your sitemap, the list of pages your website provides. If it cannot use one, it follows public links instead.
You get: a record of the pages found and checked, up to 250 public pages per run.
02
Let the scan finish
Progress is saved while CAFMO works through the pages. You can close the tab and carry on with your day; we email you when the scan finishes or stops.
You get: a website snapshot, findings grouped by area and a downloadable report.
03
Start with the most useful task
Open Tasks to see your suggested next action and two follow-ups. Urgent faults come first, and the full list stays available when you want to see everything.
You get: the issue, why it matters, the expected benefit and simple steps to follow.
04
Publish your change, then check it
Make the change in your website editor, or send the instructions to whoever looks after your site. Return to CAFMO and recheck the page to see the latest findings.
You get: fresh evidence to compare with the earlier check, with your saved work kept together.
A PICTURE OF YOUR WEBSITE
What CAFMO looks at
The website scan, external link evidence and AI answer checks answer different questions. Your workspace keeps their results together, with a date and source for each.
WEBSITE SCAN
Can your pages be reached and understood?
Checks cover page responses, search-crawler access rules, titles, descriptions, headings, sitemaps and links between scanned pages.
For example: a useful article links to a service page that returns a “page not found” error. CAFMO identifies both pages so you know which link to fix.
CONTENT & QUESTIONS
Are your answers clear and consistent?
Compare a customer question with the recorded page text, review repeated questions and check whether FAQ answers agree with the information your site supplies to search tools.
For example: your visible FAQ says one thing while its structured data says something different. CAFMO shows both versions for you to review.
BUSINESS DETAILS & SHARING
Does your business information line up?
Save your correct business details and compare them with recorded website declarations or public listing pages you choose. Review the titles, descriptions and images your pages supply for shared links.
For example: an old telephone number appears in a listing, or several pages use the same sharing description despite covering different services.
MOBILE LOADING
Is your page comfortable to use on a phone?
Your whole-website scan includes a mobile loading test of its starting page. You can also test other saved pages individually. Google PageSpeed Insights opens the page in a test browser and measures when the main content appears, whether the layout moves and how much page scripts delay loading.
You get: measured loading results, checks for image descriptions, controls, labels, contrast, touch targets, language, embedded content, video captions, headings, lists and tables, with steps and a report you can share with your web designer.
EXTERNAL LINK EVIDENCE
What links to your website?
Request a Moz domain lookup from your website report. It shows the number of linking websites and external linking pages recorded in Moz’s index, alongside its Domain Authority measure.
Use it for: understanding your recorded link profile and choosing where to investigate further. The saved lookup is available for seven days before another refresh.
LOOK BEYOND YOUR OWN PAGES
Ask GPT, Claude and Gemini a customer question
What would someone ask when they need a business like yours? Save that question, run an AI answer check and read what the models return.
Example question “Which recruitment agencies specialise in engineering roles in Bristol?”
GPT OpenAIClaude AnthropicGemini Google
One question check requests an answer from each of the three configured models with web search. CAFMO saves the answers and returned sources, then looks for evidence that a source from your website is linked to an answer passage.
You can read the wording, open the sources and return to the saved result. A later check lets you review what changed for the same question and comparable model settings.
This is a separate action: scanning your pages does not automatically spend your monthly AI-answer allowance. Your plan shows how many question checks and AI-help responses you have.
How the AI checks are collected
CAFMO requests model answers through OpenRouter, which connects the app to the model providers. The exact model and date are recorded with each result. These checks can differ from what someone sees in the ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini apps.
A returned link is shown separately from a source tied to an answer passage. If a request fails or the necessary evidence is missing, the result says so. Google Search AI Overview checks are not currently included.
HELP WITH THE ACTUAL WORK
Turn a finding into a change you can make
Improve a page you already have
Open its task, look at the recorded issue and follow the numbered steps. You can copy the guidance for your web designer, then recheck after the change is published.
Plan a useful FAQ or article
Choose a customer question and the page that should answer it. Prepare the answer, check its facts and decide the useful next step for the reader. For an article, choose the service page it should link to.
Get help when you need it
Optional AI help uses your intended answer and selected saved passages to propose a next step. You review the suggestion and decide what to use.
Keep your work in one place
Return to saved questions, drafts, findings and reports. Download the branded website report for a colleague or export the findings as a spreadsheet-ready CSV.
BEFORE YOU START
A few practical questions
Do I need to know about SEO, AEO or GEO?
No. These terms describe helping people find your business through search engines and AI answers. CAFMO explains the finding and the change in everyday language; you can open the supporting detail when you need it.
Will CAFMO change my website for me?
You stay in control. CAFMO gives you findings, instructions and optional writing help. You or your web designer publish the change in your website editor, then use CAFMO to check it.
How long will my first scan take?
It depends on the number of pages and how quickly your website responds. Larger websites can take longer than a single-page check. Follow the saved progress or leave the tab and use the completion email to return.
What if a page cannot be checked?
The report shows which pages could not be checked and any recorded reason. You can investigate the access problem and try again; the results already collected remain saved.
Why verify that I own the website?
Verification confirms that you control the website before CAFMO awards points for verified improvements. Follow the instructions to add a verification tag or file, then run the ownership check. It does not start scheduled scans.
Does the scan see everything a visitor sees?
The page scan reads the content and declarations supplied in the page’s initial response, together with access rules, sitemaps and supported image checks. The starting page also receives a mobile loading check using Google’s Lighthouse test browser. Its loading measurements do not replace a full review of JavaScript-added content or interactive features. AI answers, Moz results and selected public listings are collected separately.
What about answers added by JavaScript?
Open a saved page and choose “Check answers after the page loads”. CAFMO compares a fresh page response with a browser-loaded document, showing additional answers, different structured-data blocks and recorded video or audio players. Open one difference at a time. For recordings, review the listed caption files and check the video or audio yourself before making a change.
Can I connect Google Search Console or Bing Webmaster Tools?
Yes. Verify your website in CAFMO, connect your Google or Bing account with read-only access, then choose the matching website. For Google, choose Get latest figures to save the latest 28-day page report. CAFMO highlights pages worth reviewing and keeps earlier figures for comparison once a full reporting period has passed. You can also inspect a page’s Google index record. For Bing, choose Import latest Bing figures. A Search Console Pages CSV or an existing Bing API key remains available as an alternative. Updates run when you request them, and you can disconnect whenever you want.
Start with your website. Take the next useful step.
Your findings and saved work stay together, so you can return when you are ready to make the next change.
