Your subscription

The pricing page sets out the four monthly plans and their website, question-check and AI-help allowances. Prices are in pounds sterling. No VAT is added. Payment is collected through Stripe. Access starts when CAFMO verifies the paid invoice.

Allowances are shared across your account for each paid monthly period. A question check includes three model requests; an AI-help request is counted separately. Requests consume their allowance when admitted, including unsuccessful provider requests. Unused monthly allowances do not carry forward. CAFMO does not automatically charge for overages.

Cancellation and saved work

You can cancel future renewal in your billing portal. Paid access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Saved work remains readable after paid access ends. Contact support for payment errors, refund requests or deletion of your account. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.

Responsible use

Only submit public page addresses and information you are authorised to use. Do not submit passwords, sensitive personal data or confidential client material. Normal security, request-rate and concurrency controls apply, including to internal testing accounts.

Interpreting the findings

CAFMO records observations and proposed next steps. It does not promise rankings, citations, revenue or complete coverage of an AI platform. Review generated suggestions before applying them. Google AI Overview checks are not included at launch.

Earlier scanner credits

Legacy purchased credits remain non-expiring in the earlier scanner. Unused promotional credits follow their stated promotional expiry. Legacy credits do not convert into a new monthly subscription automatically.
