CAFMO SUPPORT
Let’s get you moving again.
Find your saved work, check a connection or get help from ScopeSite.
A useful place to start
I cannot sign in
Use the email address for your CAFMO account. If you cannot remember your password, request a recovery link. If the link has expired, request a new one.
If you still cannot get in, email support with the account email address and the message you see. Keep passwords and sign-in links out of the email.
I cannot find my saved work
Open your tasks and check the selected website. Work you put aside stays saved; look for deferred work in the command centre. A task missing from the current recommendation does not by itself mean it is complete.
If a screen could not load, use its retry control. Avoid repeating an uncertain save or check until its saved status is clear.
An answer or recommendation does not look right
Open the evidence for that task and check when it was recorded. Imported Google or Bing records can describe an older crawl or reporting period. A saved finding does not confirm the current page.
Sproot can explain the selected task, but its answer can be wrong. If you report an answer, include the task title, the saved check date and the wording you want us to review. Read how CAFMO checks work.
A connected assistant needs attention
If assistant connections are enabled for your account, open your connection settings to see selected websites, permission expiry and disconnect controls. Reconnect from your assistant if access expired or was removed.
Allowed access in CAFMO confirms permission was saved. Ask your assistant for one CAFMO task to check that it can read the selected website. See what is shared.
What to include in your message
Tell us which public website and task you were working on, what you expected, what happened and roughly when. If there is an error message, include its wording.
Send only the detail needed to explain the issue. Remove private information from screenshots and leave out passwords, API keys, payment details and sign-in links.
