How CAFMO uses your information
CAFMO is operated by SCOPESITE LTD, trading as ScopeSite Digital Studios. Contact [email protected] about your information or account.
Your account and saved work
We use your email address and a protected password record for sign-in and account recovery. We store the website addresses, questions, business facts, notes and check results you save, together with account access and billing records. Essential session cookies keep you signed in. The CAFMO application does not load advertising or behavioural analytics.
Services involved
Railway hosts the application and database. Brevo delivers account emails. A whole-website check includes a mobile loading test of its starting page; you can also request a separate page test. CAFMO sends the public page address to Google PageSpeed Insights and stores its measurements and suggestions. Google’s test browser loads the public page and its resources. When you request external link evidence, CAFMO sends the public website address to Moz and stores the returned metrics. When you request a browser content comparison, CAFMO sends the public page address to Firecrawl, which loads the page and its public resources. CAFMO stores bounded answer passages, structured-data sources and recording and caption-file declarations from the response and browser document. When you import Bing figures, your API key is sent to Bing Webmaster Tools for two read-only requests. CAFMO saves statistics for the matching verified website and does not store that key. If you choose Connect Bing, CAFMO requests read-only access and keeps the returned access and renewal tokens encrypted on its server. Disconnect removes those stored tokens; dated statistics already imported remain with your saved reports. You can also revoke CAFMO in Bing Webmaster Tools. Stripe handles payments and billing management; CAFMO does not receive your full card details. When you explicitly request an AI answer check, your question and website address are sent through OpenRouter to the configured model providers and their search services. Optional AI help sends your intended answer and selected saved page passages to its model provider.
Optional help from Sproot
When you ask Sproot about a saved task, CAFMO sends your question, the selected task evidence and relevant saved goal through OpenRouter to the configured AI provider. Your question, the saved evidence and the answer are stored with your account so you can recover that answer. Personal task notes and unrelated reports are excluded.
Sproot explains saved information. It does not edit your website, run checks or carry out actions for you.
Connecting your own AI assistant
Where assistant connections are enabled for your account, you can choose an external assistant and the websites it may read. Before you allow access, CAFMO identifies the requesting connection and lists the information it can read: saved findings, task instructions, your selected goal and repair progress for those websites. This can include saved Google Search Console and Bing evidence.
These records are sent to your chosen assistant when it requests them. The connection does not expose personal task notes, passwords, payment details or Google/Bing access tokens. It cannot edit your website, start checks, change saved goals or tasks, or award points. It is separate from Sproot and does not use Sproot’s OpenRouter route.
The external assistant processes information it receives under its own privacy terms and your account settings. CAFMO does not control retention of those copies. Permission lasts up to 30 days, and you can disconnect in CAFMO’s assistant connection settings. Disconnecting prevents future reads; it does not erase information already shared in a chat. Use that assistant’s controls for its chat history and contact CAFMO support about your CAFMO records.
Your optional Search Console connection
If you choose to connect Google Search Console, CAFMO requests read-only access to your Search Console properties. You select a property matching your verified website before requesting an inspection. CAFMO sends the selected public page address to Google and saves the returned indexing evidence with its collection date. Access and renewal tokens are encrypted on the server. Disconnect removes those stored tokens; previously imported evidence remains in your saved reports. You can also revoke access in your Google Account. Contact support to delete your saved evidence or account.
Search Console data is used only for your requested website checks and reports. It is not used for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models. CAFMO’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Public pages and your choices
CAFMO fetches public page content to perform the checks you request. When you request a PDF text check, the chosen public PDF is downloaded and sent to Firecrawl for embedded-text extraction. We retain a file fingerprint and up to five pages of extracted text in your saved workspace. Do not submit confidential material or sensitive personal data. Your saved workspace is accessible through your authenticated account. Contact support to request access, correction, export or deletion of your account information. Billing records may need to be retained where required by law.
